There are. And other have complained. It's just a case of proving that
they aren't maintaining things. Unfortunately, they have the ability to
play the "the stuff is really old and we're having trouble getting parts
for it" card to the regulatory characters that don't understand the
technology. (It's a 30 floor building built in the late 1960s.) To be
fair, I expect the building doesn't seal near so well as it should and
with the latest spate of cold we've had rather a lot of wind. This may be
a contributing factor.

Besides, I'm moving to a smaller and newer building in April. And getting
out of the skyscraper section of Calgary. And, as an added bonus, rent
will be lower so I will have a bit more funds to use for cool stuff like
the coco.
