[Coco] Portal-9 1.5 available

Portal-9 1.5.1b and the updated SourcePak are on CoCo3.com for 
download.  This version went untested by others but was cleared of many 
hazards and some known bugs and went through a lot of my own testing. This 
version was released ealier than planned and there are several features 
that are not functional or partially functional, like the tree-view box in 
the right panel.

The SourcePak contains all sorts of projects and snippets and is a 
work-in-progress.  If you can safely uninstall the first SourcePak from 
1-1-04, please do so to keep things neat.  I renamed some of the project 
folders in an attempt to stay away from spaces in pathnames wherever 
possible, and although they won't clash with the old folders, you will 
probably have duplicates such as "Hello World" and "HelloWorld".  Check the 
folder dates and remove the old ones, if you care to.  None of this is 
critical, but it's best to upgrade both at the same time right now.
