both for $18

what I got from the specs: Both have 16Bit (RGB565) digital input. If
you have a 24Bit (RGB888) digital signal (e.g. this coming from the
AL254 3-channel-8Bit-ADC's output lines), you just connect the 16 (R=5,
G=6, B=5) most significant bits to the AL250 input lines. The AL251 has
digital output lines to directly drive TFT hardware or e.g. a DVI
controller or other digital image precessing devices (the AL250 has
analog output lines like an analog VGA card).
