[Coco] NitrOS-9 newbie needs some help

Electrolytic caps (used in the power supply) will dry out and lose 
capacitance, or, in really old equipment, develop leaks or even shorts (verrrry bad!).  
When fixing up pinball machines from the 70s and 80s, caps are often replaced 
just as a matter of course.

Nowadays some pretty cheap multi-meters will measure capacitance, so you can 
check your caps -- may have to disconnect one lead form the circuit to be 
accurate.  Caps are cheap, easily available where you bought your Coco (!), though 
getting the right size and fit to look like the original is probably not an 
option.

Slightly larger (like double) values or working voltages are OK.  Less is not.
