[Coco] bug in stdarg for CoCo gcc

How is the status of this bug. I'm going to give making a Windows build
one more shot.

stdarg functionality does not work in RSDOS gcc, I have discovered. I 
will need to fix it, because it's crucial to printf functionality. I'll 
keep everyone updated.
