Just a thought, but have you considered something a bit nicer? I never did
like the open window for the manual or the relatively low quality
cardboard. Of course, if you want authenticity, then I guess there's really
no other option.

The simple solution is print the boxes without cutting the window out. Purchasers can easily cut them later, especially if the boxes are shipped unassembled (flat, not glued). If I wanted more than a few that would be the easiest way to get them anyway. 

When I first read this I thought someone was making a cardboard program pak CASE. Not ideal, but I thought that was a great idea. Use a heavy cardboard, at least for the bottom, and use spacers and screws with washers to mount the board to the case. Would have to be careful inserting and removing though. Maybe "ping" the sides in to contact the PCB near the "back" of the cardboard case... Frank Swygert
