A little followup with some more info. The exact NitrOS9 version is
3.2.9 and I indeed do not have the scdwv, N, or N1-N31 modules. I was
doing my testing on a machine running raspbian wheezy kernel version
4.1.7 and my version of the JVM is 1.8.0.
