Years ago I hacked my CC3 so that I easily connect it to a Commodore 
1080 monitor.  I put the IC on the inside of the case, connected Vcc and 
GND to other chips and ran the output out of the "unused" pin on the RGB 
connector on the bottom of the CoCo.
