[Papyrus-L] help i have 6.0

I am a research assistant asked to enter a lot of papers into this program.  It has spontaneously quite on me with out any error and when i get back into the program it asks me to index my files or do something of a like nature.  
 
I have now realized that it is not saving the data I enter but replacing everything I have entered since the original "crash" with what ever i entered last.
 
Please help me get my program back to working order.
