[Papyrus-L] Bibliography database supporting Chinese characters?

I just met someone who was hoping that someone had invented useful
bibliography database software that can handle Chinese.

I told her that I thought from my knowledge of Papyrus, Endnote and
Reference Manager that it was hard to support well even extended
ASCII or ANSI characters in today's bibliography software, let alone
something like Chinese. It would require Unicode support, I guess.

Any thoughts from the group?

Jim
