[Papyrus-L] Windows XP and Papyrus

After sending my citations into the clipboard, how do I get them to my
manuscript?  In Preferences, I have set OS2/NT preferences to use a file and I
am able to move text using F3 and F4 and Notepad. But I can't figure out how to
get a list of references into a file. This seems to be the opposite of the
problem F. Millerd was reporting back in 2004.
