[Papyrus-L] converting pap to endnote

I tried to get the conversion utility from the link you provided and I 
couldn't get on.  Has that changed?  How can I get the utilities I need to 
help a friend with the conversion.  Mine with procite went very smoothly.

ftp://ftp.niles.com/pub/pc/import_utilities/PAPYRUS7/. (At least, that's 
where we found this stuff on the EndNote Web site the last time we looked.)
