I'd like to ask Dave another question, specially considering
the responsibility he has demonstrated all these years to
users of the product we all know and like.

Is there any chance Papyrus (or an equivalent product
eventually under other commercial name) will be continued by
some newborn (or coming) company, after all this legal strugle?
