Hi Dave:
Thanks for the response. I have installed the retriever program successfully on my assistant's pc. The *.bib files are on a network drive. Is it possible for the 2 of us to access the database simultaneously (her with read access only through the retriever program and me with read/write access through the full version)?
Thanks,
Tom

The Retriever is a bit buried, at <http://www.rsd.com/Utilities7.html>.
