[Papyrus-L] New import format: WEB SCI 2001

We have posted an updated IMPORT.FLB format library to
<http://www.rsd.com/Formats7.html>. This contains a slightly updated import
format for the ISI Web of Science, named "WEB SCI 2001".

Please let us know if you run into any problems in using this format.

Note: using this format requires Papyrus Version 7.0.16c.
