Update on the tone encoder issue. I swapped out the TS-32 with another tone
board and the problem is persisting. I have an NHRC-4 controller I can use
to swap out the NHRC-3, but I don't know if I am headed in the right
direction. I think I may need to try some alternate tones first.
 
Does anyone have any ideas which way I should proceed on this issue?
