Hello
   I have a repeater which uses a NHRC-2 controller, the ID algorithm is 
not quite clear to me. In other words, it seems to function differently 
then the instructions indicate. For example: If I program the ID timer for 
10 minutes the repeater will ID every 10 minutes wether it is used or not, 
its as if it is in beacon mode. My understanding from the instructions is 
that the ID should remain silent until someone keys the repeater at which 
time it plays the initial ID. If the repeater is in use for over 10 minutes 
it will play the regular ID at 10 minute intervals. If 10 minutes passes 
without use, it will become silent until keyed again at which time it will 
play the initial ID.  The ID should remain silent as long as know one is 
using the repeater. So my question is: why does my repeater continue to ID 
ever 10 minutes when know one is using it?   What have I done wrong in 
programing the NHRC-2 ? Seems to be no provision for selecting beacon or 
repeater operation.
