Hi Jeff,
Our club has just recently purchased one of your NHRC-4 controllers. After 
rethinking our plans, we wonder if we should have purchased one of your NHRC-3+ 
controllers. If we haven't started to wire the -4 into our system could we 
exchange it for the -3+ units and get credit?
