[Coco] CoCo 1/2 arrow keys versus CoCo 3 arrow keys

I think anyone who’s used the arrow keys on a PC or Mac must be able to use them just fine, since they are used everywhere. But for some reason, the CoCo 3 layout was not. That’s the main difference, and I think it makes using them far more unnatural. Which is fun, since when Tandy did that, they made a layout that looked perfect and better than what was there before.
