[Coco] Passing of Steve Bjork, Computer Gaming Pioneer and CoCo Developer

Sad to hear about the passing of an important CoCo figure, unfortunate that
we didn't know for so long.

Never got to meet him in person, but I remember getting to speak with him
when he participated in those "Coordinated CoCo Conferences" way back
around 2010.
