[Coco] Working with the ""Ultimate" CoCoSDC Image"

Yeah, I don't think CoBBS will fit as I'm trying to run on a CoCo 3, and
the Rainbow issues don't really cover that, as well as it seems to need
some additional drivers/patches to work.

But my question is more geared toward getting this pre-made OS-9 VHD to
boot, as it says it already has the software in the image. The VHD links
and instructions were from Barry Nelson on this list.
I'm so far out of the loop on doing any actual work on OS9, it's been 25
years since I really ran it as a daily driver, I've forgotten almost
everything.

Just trying to whip up a quick BBS to run off the bitbanger and a
Lantronix. I've gotten the Lantronix working with it, but no actual BBS to
run yet. If anyone has other suggestions of BBS software to try, let me
know.
