[Coco] 2023 CoCoFEST! Venue Considerations

I'll pay to exhibit at any retro hackathon glenside thing and try to be 
interesting.

Closer to CoCo, maybe a cocofest Patreon? Non-attendees can boost the 
event specifically. Good years, we get coffee. Great years, we get good 
coffee. Or buy talent. It's pre-event income to burn as needed that year.
