[Coco] SD SRV V2.5 11/15

Just found an interesting item in my boxes of COCO stuff.
It's an Arduino with video shield mounted on a a small
piece of wood. :-)  Has a 4 pin DIN cable on it which
means serial for the COCO.  When I power it up it says
SD SRV V2.5 11/15 and nothing more.  I seem to remember
getting this from ebay but to be honest, I have no
idea how it works or what I can do with it.  Anybody
at all familiar with this?  Google finds nothing.
