bear in mind these cheap scart2hdmi operates in 480i instead of 240p which
for some people (like me) a deal breaker also it adds a frame or 2. If you
use only for OS-9 80 column screen the price is unbeatable or you can go
with an OSSC or at least the RetroTINK SCART RGB to HDMI is a decent one,
they both do 240p.
