[Coco] Recreating the CoCo keyboard

I have bought modern USB keyboards that fall back to PS/2 by simply
using a PS/2 to USB adapter. In fact, my CoCoDEV uses a USB connector
for the keyboard but relies on the keyboard's ability to fall back to
PS/2. Most of the inexpensive USB keyboards do it.
