[Coco] Utility Software Release

I have been working on a project in Baasic09 for some time
now and would like to thank all on this list who have helped
me get unstuck from time to time.

The main project still requires some work but some tools
( Programs and Scripts ) I wrote for myself as time savers
I am releasing today.

I have tied to include good documentation with the programs.
