Since the GoTek is making a 4o track instead of 35 track disc, try making a 40 track disc image of Nitros and booting from there. That might solve the problem. I don't think a 40 track formatted physical boot disc would boot on a 35 track system either (physically 35 track limited drive). Might be wrong about that though...
