[Coco] Implications of the Speed Up Poke

If I remember correctly, programs on the Coco 1/2 that used this technique would kick down to regular speed for very brief bits while playing, in order to let the DRAM refresh get through properly, before memory got corrupted. You could thusly keep playing as long as you wanted.
