Sadly not with the GIME.  The fonts are hard coded into the GIME.  With the
official Radio Shack GIME chips you are limited to using a graphics display
and using your own custom font if you are in Disk Basic.  If you are in
NitrOS-9 L2 you can do what Curtis suggested and use a graphics mode and
use the existing IBM font that was provided in EOU.

I am not sure if Zippster/Ed Snider and Gary Becker will have a option for
updating the fonts on the GIME-X or not.
