[Coco] Min load on NitroOs9

Once again, mdir, del, deldir,list, rename, merge, mfree, procs,rename, and tmode are NOT part of your bootfile, and will do ZERO to affect the size of your boot file. Those are just commands. You may be load them in your STARTUP file, but they are NOT part of the OS9Boot file.

If you are running out of system memory (the 64K workspace the operating system itself has to work with), not loading those utilities will have basically ZERO effect in fixing it.
