John you are so right about John Mark, as I stated in my email thanking the
club for the VP nomination. "John Mark Mobley was nominated for VP as
well, and with his history and dedication to the club, I would gladly offer
my VP vote to him!"

Unlike your statement, I would be willing to work with anyone in any of the
positions regardless, as long as the club benefits. John, your statement "--
if you aren't voting for John Mark, then please don't vote for me." is
actually very shocking and took me by surprise, especially by someone that
wants to be voted back into his position.

I do not want to fracture this club, and if my being nominated does that
then Mr. Secretary please remove me from the ballot. John Mark is a
wonderful individual and I have no issues conceding to him.

I would urge everyone in the club to consider how they want the club's
direction to go in the future. One key distinction for both nominees
running for Glenside President is Eric's statement promotes unity growth
while John L's statement states "develop buy-in among key club members",
that isn't unifying in my opinion. People want to be heard by their leaders
and have them act in their best interests, not the other way around. I
will not post more on this topic here, as the mailing list is meant for
other conversations, but I do feel it is important to relay feedback here
as not everyone in the list utilizes FaceBook. I am sorry if some find this
an intrusion of your mailbox. Thanks, Terry
