[Coco] CMOC library / linker issue

After a complete re-install of Cygwin it is working now.

> $ cmoc HelloWorld2.c 
> lwlink: error: Can't open library: -lcmoc-crt-ecb

I have an 3 year old notebook that had Cygwin w/ cmoc-0.1.57 installed and it was working.  So, installed latest  cmoc (0.1.60) and it worked fine on that notebook.  I then updated Cygwin to the latest and it continued to work just fine. 

So, back on my newer notebook I deleted Cygwin completely and re-installed it fresh (yesterday I had only done an update). Then installed latest lwtools-4.17 and cmoc-0.1.60 and it is working fine now!  I have no idea what went wrong for it not to work w/ just the update of Cygwin (as it worked on my older notebook).

so anyway... false alarm Pierre -- CMOC works great!
