Carlos, you might also want to take a look at the RSV program that can
be found on the original ADOS disk, which is in the database here.  As
I recall, it is by Steve Odneal and was originally published in
Rainbow;  I adapted it only slightly for ADOS compatibility.  In that
default version, it was (maybe) 80 columns, but I remember that only
very slight tweaking was needed for a 42-column or 32-column version.
I think you just needed to change the display mode and a line width
parameter in its Basic loader program.
