[Coco] OVCC and ini files

Absolutely make backups of your working ini files.

 

On occasion the ini file is deleted for unknown reasons.

 

A few updates have been made so make sure you are on the latest
executable and AGAR libraries.

 

I have found a limitation in the File->Save Config in that it only saves
the settings for ovcc core and not the other modules.

 

I will look into this but my guess is VCC was never designed to do this
or it was and I broke the code!

 

SDL can be version 2.0.8 or later.

 

I believe Ubuntu haven't released 2.0.9 yet so 2.0.8 is OK.
