Here are the instruction I have so far, from the "TRS-80 CoCo TALK" 
Discord Server, in the Channel #OVCC:

you need 2 parts:
This repo is AGAR with his changes applied to it, on the ovcc branch

https://github.com/n6il/libagar/tree/ovcc

$git clone https://github.com/n6il/libagar.git
$git checkout ovcc
$ ./configure
$ make
  or similar
