[Coco] macOS Version of Ovcc Update

Walter, do you have a list of bugs/feature requests for OVCC vs. VCC (other than changing the graphics, etc calls to make cross-platform)? If not, here are a few to start:
1) Some timing issues (Popstar Pilot, for example)
2) Palette bugs (see EOU 32 column boot screen - should be white on dark blue, not black on dark blue - MAME does it correctly)
3) Support 2 hard drives instead of just one.
4) Complete 6309 support (James Jones has listed the specific instructions that are currently not supported).
