Japanese, I'd assume, but I was under the impression it would show up in
English for outside Japan our something. Maybe I can mirror it to
sourceforge (or use it as an excuse to register on github).

My memory is there is a tiny flag in the upper right hand corner to select
language.

Yeah, if the UI is showing in Japanese, you may be seeing just the diffs.
