Does that mean that you could also copy the ROM files to the same directory where you have the oVCC executable?

It looks for them in the current working directory (and maybe other
places too, depending on your Vcc.ini), so just cd to the directory
where you have the ROM files (and Vcc.ini) and run ovcc from there.
