[Coco] FPGA projects

Roger has groups on facebook for both the matchbox and MiSTer. The MiSTer
is the most efficient in some ways as it can also emulate a large number of
computers and consoles.
However there are pcbs for the coco3fpga and the matchbox that allow for
reap coco controllers while the MiSter has yet to have that.
