[Coco] 64/80 column version of Dynacalc?

There is a modification using the graphic screen to have OS-9 using 51 
columns on a CoCo 1/2.  It required Level 1 Revision 2 and some 
manipulation of drivers.  It has been nearly 15 since I had that setup 
running, so the details are a bit foggy now.  That said; the CoCo 1/2 
and dragon used the 6847 Video Display Generator, 80 columns is not 
possible.  Now there was the Word-Pak that used a different Video 
Display Generator that defaulted to 80 columns.  However that also 
needed drivers for OS-9.
