[Coco] Installing Multi-Vue on a NitrOS9 VHD (CoCoSDC)

It does need CoWin in the boot (or WindInt, if you are running stock). It also needs /dd/sys/env.file, which is a text file with settings (including active drive names), which may be the issue.
