[Coco] Installing Multi-Vue on a NitrOS9 VHD (CoCoSDC)

All,

I've copied the contents of the Multi-Vue floppies in their entirety to a
VHD running NitrOS-9 Level II / 6309. Multi-Vue attempts to start, but
never makes it to the graphics mode.

Is there a special module that needs to be loaded in order for Multi-Vue to
work, or perhaps a new OS9Boot entirely? I've always gotten hung up on this
part.
