I don't think you can boot MS-DOS from a USB device, unless maybe there
were some kind of special BIOS support to allow for it.  DOS won't have USB
driver support.

But you may want to check out DOSBox which is a DOS emulator that is very
popular.  I don't have any first-hand experience with it but I know a lot
of people use it for playing old MS-DOS games.
