[Coco] POSSIBLE Solutions For RS-232 Problem

   It looks like there are a few concerns with the RS232 Pak:

    1. RS232 not received when DCD inactive
    2. corrupted data when CTS is made inactive during a send of a byte
    3. Loss of characters received when load on Coco is high and data
       cannot be read quickly enough
