[Coco] Do all undocumented features of Coco3 (ex. S-24 mode) exist on emulators like CocoFPGA?

Right, and there is a typo in my original message. The $FF96 should have been $FF9C the vertical 
scroll register.

Allen has reported that Roger Taylor's device will display S-24 graphics but also displays text 
within the graphic which does not happen with a real Coco3.
