But then I'm not in shape to do anything about it.

Careing for my wife who is in late stages of COPD, who fell and broke a 
hip a year ago, fixed of course, but she doesn't have enough wind to do 
an effective recovery, so I am doing it all. Then to make matters more 
difficult, my right knee is trying to go away and makes getting around 
the house quite painfull, and my ortho guy is booked solid till the 
first of March.

No clue what I did to the knee other than nighttime leg cramps, a side 
effect of the diabetes pills.

I don't recommend getting old folks, its not fun. Avoid it if you can. 
Yet I am well aware that some of us are well into "the golden years" and 
its too late to avoid it. Some of the folks are contemporaries of mine, 
but I only get news about them from the Glenside letter. Which hasn't 
been published recently that I am aware of.
