OK, that's fine.

The damage to file.c I thought was due to the ar to lhz bulk conversion.

I still think that there was a previous version on Delphi / CI$, but my 
printed lists do not have my Delphi files disks. That's another reason I 
wish HDirect which is a Basic09 program would run on Windows.

1. Transfer a disk to VCC's files.
2. Run HDirect on the disk.
3. Transfer the printable output back to Windows.
4. REPEAT for ~ 250 disks.

No I do not want to actually print anything, just getting a human 
readable electronic copy replacing my outdated printed ones.

The number of iterations is stopping me doing anything.
