[Coco] Coco floppy on 1K?

I tried unsuccessfully to also use 1.2 drives but again I ran into the same RPM issue that I did when interfacing 8inch drives to the coco
Interestingly I did successfully get the 8inch drives to work with the coco by slowing the drives down to 300rpm

The HX can use 3.5" 720k and 5.25" 360k drives with a modified cable
on the internal connector.
