[Coco] 280 disk dragon sdc image

Hi Henry,

I'm interested in that image.  I'd like to add it to my CocoPi3
distribution.  Guillaume Major allowed me to add hundreds of Coco DSK
images to the CocoPi3.  It would be nice to have the Dragon software as I
am adding support for it as part of the next release.  The CocoPi3 image is
currently being hosted on 3 mirrors, so I could make it available
separately on those same sites.

I wrote a utility for MAME that creates the hash XML file needed to support
the software list function.  All your Dragon DSK images will show up in
custom drop down list in MAME.

Oh, still interested in the CocoFLASH software, too.
