[Coco] A New CoCo Forum, just what we need?

Joel, Steve does a lot, but I like the way he is a facilitator for things
like the CoCoTalk! Live.  I think like 18 people were in the call last
week. This is great involvement by the community.  To me anything that gets
involvement and attention by the community is all good to me.
